Located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre, Avenue K is one of the hottest shopping malls in Malaysia. Avenue K launched their first ever Asian Fest starting from 4th to 13th of March. Avenue K management team has generously brought The Legend (전설) for a Meet and Greet Session on 5th March to be the main act for the festival. This is The Legend’s first time in performing in front of Malaysian Herose (The Legend’s fanclub name).
The 5-member idol group which consists of members Listen, Roi, Jaehyuk, Lito and Changsun debuted last July 2014 under SS Entertainment. They are labeled as “Tallest Boy Group” in the Kpop-scene with the average height of 183cm. The Legend started off their performance with their latest song 반했다 (Crush on You) which gets all the Herose hyped up for more! After their individual introductions, the 5 boys continued on with their songs 손톱 (Nail) and Shadow. They went on to show off their passionate performances. The boys took a break to answer some questions from the Medias. When they were asked on how 'different' The Legend is compared to other idol groups, English-speaking member Jaehyuk answered that the average age of their group is a little higher than other idol groups so they are more matured. The next question was on which song represents the group the most, Lito mentions that it’s their latest song, 'Crush On You' as it has a catchy beat thus it represents their group the most.

Member Jaehyuk, also mentioned that they are also interested in participating in more variety shows and also dramas if they are given the opportunity. The group also mentioned Big Bang as their role model among all the groups in South Korea. Besides that, they also chose MAMAMOO as a female idol group that they admire and would like to collaborate with in the future. The Leader, Listen also said that being able to perform in Malaysia and also meet their fans here for the first time is one of their memorable experiences.
After the Q&A session, the boys continued on hyping up the scene with a cute song “I Want You Back” following with their encore song “I Wanna Know”. Then, they proceeded with their fansign, which the members personally selected the numbers for the lucky draw. We got to see how sweet the boys were towards their fans during the session. They kept on smiling and gave out heart signs and a great amount of fan service. The scene was full of screams and laughter as the boys kept giving them cute and lovely interactions. Lastly, the event is then followed by individual photo session for 5 lucky winners from Avenue K’s social media contest.

Before The Legend bids goodbye to the fans, a representative from The Legend Malaysia Fanclub also came up to the stage with custom made T-shirts with each member’s name on it. The 5 boys were surprise and happy. They wore the T-shirt immediately up on the stage! Avenue K’s representatives also gifted them with goodies bags as a token of appreciation for making this event successful. The group thanked all their fans for the support and Avenue K for bringing them to Malaysia to meet the fans that they had never met before.
