The very first SORIBADA BEST K-MUSIC AWARDS (2017 SOBA) will be held on 20th September, 6:30PM at the Jamsil Education Student Gynasium!

2017 SOBA will feature at least 20 groups of artistes which include well-known names like WANNA ONE, TWICE, BTOB, Monsta X, BAP, NCT127 and more. This is the first-time ever for this music awards ceremony and 2017 SOBA will be broadcasted over several platforms including SNS as well as live streaming to reach out to the international audience. 

Since 2000, SORIBADA has provided quality k-pop music within Korea and it has successfully branched out to be a choice peer-to-peer file sharing service site! 2017 SORIBADA will be providing content on 20th September in 7 languages including English, Mandarin and Japanese.

The Korea Hip Hop boy group “Monsta X” is coming to Hong Kong for their first overseas concert! 

Monsta X - with seven members: Shownu, Wonho, Hyungwon, Kihyun, Jooheon, Minhyuk and I.M. is formed by Starship Entertainment through the survival show NO.MERCY on Mnet in 2015, their third mini album The Clan Part. 1 'LOST' which released on May 18 was on Billboard's World Albums Chart and stayed for 2 consecutive weeks. 

Although Monsta X  debuted for a very short period, they have won various awards such as 《31st Golden Disc Awards 2017》 Album Division Award、《30th Golden Disc Awards 2016》 Next Generation Asian Artist、《2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards》Best New Artist – Male、《2016 Mnet Asia Music Awards 》Best of Next、《2015 MelOn Music Awards》– 1thek Performance award、《2016 HIGH 1 Seoul Music Awards》- Best performance award。 

In year 2016, Monsta X had their first live concert MONSTA X THE FIRST LIVE "X CLAN ORIGINS" in Seoul and all seats were sold out in less than just 5 minutes right after ticket sales commenced. In December 2016, Monsta X had fan meeting tours in Manila, Taipei and Bangkok with all tickets sold out shortly. 

Monsta X debuted in Japan on May 5 2017 with the Japanese version of 'Hero' from their second mini album Rush under label Mercury Records. 

This time, Monsta X is going to have their first concert in Hong Kong and interact closely with their fans MONBEBE. You will surely be surprised by Monsta X’s powerful live stage performance!

KCON 2017 Japan was held from 19 – 21 May 2017 at the Makuhari Messe. Eager to see the star-studded line-up, K-Pop fans waited with much joy and excitement for their favorite idols to perform and interact with them  during the convention.

This three-day extravaganza had a wide array of activities to promote the Hallyu culture in Japan. Ranging from a day-time convention that promoted anything K-related; K-POP Music, K-DRAMA, K-BEAUTY, Korean FOOD, right down to one of Korea's Famous Music Show MCOUNTDOWN, where many artistes brought about spectacular performances.

During the course of three days of the convention, several K-Pop groups came on stage to make an appearance and answered some questions from the media.

Two members of CLC, a girl group under Cube Entertainment, came on stage with their mini cooking show and they made Rice Pizza on the spot. Similarly, under Cube Entertainment, boy group SF9 revealed that they will be having their debut in Japan on 7th June with their single “Fanfare”. Each member showed their special talent and did a successful “Random Play Dance”!

8-member female group, LOVELYZ, mentioned that they would like to debut in Japan someday and they have been preparing as much as they can. Fans were excited to hear and can't wait for them to do so!

KCON 2017 Mexico celebrated its inaugural festival with 33,000 fans coming together for two days to immerse themselves in all things Hallyu at the largest Korean culture convention in the world. Taking place March 17-18 – the first KCON in Latin America – featured musical performances from K-Pop’s biggest stars, including Astro, BTS, Eric Nam, EXID, Infinite H, Monsta X, NCT 127, Red Velvet; specialty programming, including an influencer-led dance workshop; and dozens of vendors that represented some of the best and most sought-after Korean products and food.


"Every time we expand into a new country, the passion of the fans is beyond what we could have imagined. The reaction in Mexico was amazing and we expect a similar enthusiasm in Australia when we expand into Oceania later this year,” said HK Shin, President of CJ E&M Music Division. “KCON has started off 2017 extremely strong and we are excited to make this year the biggest and best year ever for our festival.”


KCON 2017 Mexico was also live streamed through KCON.TV – a short form video platform and online community dedicated to all things Korean entertainment. The live stream reached more than 200,000 viewers from both North and South America with over 30,000 concurrent viewers during the two-day event, providing the heat for K-POP outside of the arena in Latin America.


Specialty programming ranged from influencer-led experiences to those examining the unprecedented spread of Hallyu. Influencers included vlogger Latina Saram; Jun Sung Ahn, who created original content specifically for KCON LA; popular K-Pop reaction YouTubers JRE and KenroVlogs, who brought guests from the US to teach a dance workshop. Other special programs included “The Phenomenal Growth of International Entertainment,” which explored both the growth of individual stars and the explosive spread of Hallyu in the LATAM market.


“While many people think of just K-Pop but there is a whole lot more to Korean culture and it’s incredible!,” said KenroVlog, a Peruvian Youtube celebrity who is a big fan of K-Pop. “This was my first time and it certainly blew my mind along with thousands of Mexican fans.”


Thousands of fans from around the world submitted fan arts to share love and support for their favorite KCON 2017 Mexico artists through Mwave Fan Art Contest. The final round of voting for the Best Fan Art Drawing will begin on March 16 and end on March 20. Fans can vote and view all of the artwork onMwave, CJ Digital Music’s global platform dedicated to K-Pop.


The selection of vendor booths represented the best of Korean beauty, grocery products, K-Pop goods, and other accessories. Booths included the most popular Korean cosmetic retailers and brands such as CJ IMC and Tony Molly; K-Pop merchandise; and various Korean food choices such as Topokki, stir-fried soft rice cake, and Mandu, Korean dumpling.


Following KCON Mexico, KCON 2017 USA, the convention's flagship event,will take places in New York at the Prudential Center on June 23-24 and in Los Angeles at the LA Convention Center onAugust 18-20. The Korean Wave (Hallyu) phenomenon is endless. This world-changing phenomenon continues to grow and it shows no point of stopping. Korean Wave related events are now common and can be seen happening in Indonesia each year, especially K-Pop music concerts.

SH Elim Jaya Entertainment, as one of the well-known Korean events promoter in Indonesia, is proud to hold yet another K-Pop event in this 2nd half of 2016. This event will not only be a music concert, but also an event where the audience can directly interact with the idol group. Previously, SH Entertainment has organized this kind of event, titled 2015 SH Power Music with BTS and KM and GOT7 1st Fan Meeting in Indonesia. Now, we are back with another fan meeting event featuring one of the most powerful boy group in Korea, MONSTA X.

MONSTA X will be visiting Indonesia for the very 1st time with their fan meeting tour titled MONSTA X - The First Asia Fan Meeting in Indonesia 2016. This event will be held on Saturday, December 10th 2016 at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD. MONSTA X is a seven-member boy group from Starship Entertainment, with the members Shownu, Wonho, Hyungwon, Kihyun, Jooheon, Minhyuk, and I.M. The group was formed as a result of a TV Show program titled No.Mercy, where the said seven members are chosen through the competitive survival show. MONSTA X debuted on May 2015 with the song “Trespass”.

Since then, MONSTA X have won many prestigious music awards nominations such as Next Generation Artist at 30th Golden Disk Awards and Mnet Asian Music Awards, 1TheK Performance Award at 2015 MelOn Music Awards, Male Dance Performance Award at 2015 Seoul Music Awards, and more. With their many achievements, MONSTA X has established an active fanclub all over the world. September 25, 2016 - The Main Stadium of Incheon  Munhak Stadium was flooded with Hallyu Stars for the annual Incheon K-Pop Concert (INK). This year's music festival is joined with an amazing lineup that includes megastar groups like SHINee and INFINITE.

INK was first launched in 2009 and is hosted in Incheon city and proudly organized by the Incheon Tourism Organization. Here, citizens from all over the world are gathered together to catch the performance of South Korea’s top Hallyu idols and singers.

Yes, you can select your preferred available seats that you wish to purchase. (However, we urge that you do not hold up the queue while making your selection)

2.What about tickets purchased via Sistic?

Sistic's system allocates the best seats available based on your category of choice and offers a few options for you to decide within a certain time after which the system will expire and you will have to re-log in. (This does not ensure that the previous offered seats are still available)

3. Will there be an extension stage or catwalk for the concert?

There will not be any extension stage or catwalk for the fan meet in Singapore.

4. Why is this a combined fan meeting?

This is due to our partnership and arrangements with Starship Entertainment.

5. Will there be a Mosh Pit for the fan meet?

No. The fan meet in Singapore will not feature any Mosh Pits.

6. How long will the combined fan meet be?

Approximately 120 minutes.

7. Are we allowed to record videos or take photos during the fan meet?

Videography and photography is not permitted during the fan meet.

8. Is the High Touch pass transferable?

The High Touch pass is strictly not transferable and NOT for sale.

9. Can I bring in Food and Drinks into the performance hall?

No! food and drinks are not allowed into the hall.

10. Can I apply for a media pass for the fan meet?

Only personnel representing an official media platform may apply with us. Free lance photographers, bloggers, fan groups or unrelated media will be rejected. Successful applicants will receive our email reply for media registration.
